Cancellation Policy

OkayGo’s cancellation policy states that all requests which are eligible for cancellation will be processed within 15 days from the date of the filing of the cancellation request. Upon confirmation of eligibility of said cancellation request, the transaction will be reversed within 7 days of confirmation date.
